3 Ways To Do More With Less Time

We live in a world where more is expected of us every day.

First there were fax machines, now email and cell phones. Our number of communications daily from various sources is extreme.

How can we get to all of it in a timely fashion and Kyocera L3V still get 8 hours of sleep?

Here are three time reducing strategies that are easy to implement:

1. Schedule. Like it or not in today’s world if you want to achieve greater levels of success you must learn to use a schedule. You can use a Palm Pilot, a journal or a Daytimer. I use the Franklin-Covey Planning software for windows. It pops up when I turn on my computer and it is compatible with my Palm Pilot so that I can sync at night when I leave my office.

Now, having a schedule isn’t half as important as using a schedule. It doesn’t work if you don’t use it… everyday.

I keep track of appointments, make a To Do list and then as I work on projects I enter them in so that I can make a journal of my Electrolux ESL 43010 day. Later, this will help me remember how much time I spent on tasks for billing purposes. I schedule in exercise time and I schedule in personal development time for reading and writing.

Once you get started, you’ll find it easier and easier to use. The amount of time saved by spending the time to keep your schedule can be enormous

Step 7 To An Ideal Realtionship: Always Look After Your Health

In “Ten Steps To An Ideal Relationship” I note that Step 7 is about: always looking after your health and well being.

Without a solid foundation of good health any relationship will flounder. Your health is your responsibility and not anyone else’s.

This may seem like an obvious thing to do yet how often do you see individuals neglecting their LG MS-2387BS health. Well just look around and I think you can find some examples.

What’s even more interesting is that most of these people never consider the burden that that is going to have on their partner or their family. So now is that selfish or not?

Why do individuals find themselves behaving in such self sabotaging ways? Well we could go on for hours about this one but if I address it in within the context of the relationship we have such reasons Motorola K1 as:

1. Some are unconsciously sabotaging their health so that they can get symapthy which they interpret as “love” from their partners.

2. Some are afraid of taking full responsibility for the

What Motivates You

Are you waiting for the right time to be motivated?

Everyone is motivated, even people who fail are motivated. People who succeed are motivated by positive things while failures are motivated by negative ones.

As I look back over both my failures as well as my successes of the past I am amazed at how little difference there SAMSUNG C105AFR-T was between my actions and attitudes and the subsequent outcomes.

Let me explain. When I failed (I really don’t mind failing anymore because Nokia 5800 the only times I tend to learn anything is when things don’t work) I discovered that there was a very fine line between failure and success. Success, for example, may have akai ARM 1201 D ПРОИЗВОДИТЕЛЬ required only one extra sales call a week and failure only required that I not make it. I learned that the diffe

Back Massage - What A Relief!

After a long week at work wouldn’t it be nice to get a good back massage-or to be able Samsung LE-19R86B to give one to your spouse or significant other? Before you get started you might want some instruction on how to make this a great massage; one that will leave the recipient relaxed and comfortable rather than tired and tense. A massage that is not done correctly can actually cause even more pain than the person had before the massage. Giving a back massage is not difficult but it does take a little bit SAMSUNG GE83UR of know-how.

A Few Pointers:

For a general massage of the back, have the person lay on their stomach and sit by their head. Their head should be turned to the side and their SIEMENS SL 60 T 392 arms should be resting at their sides. With your fingers just below the neck, slide your hands slowly down both sides of the back bone and then back up the sides of the body, and out over the shoulders. For th

An Elder Abuse Advocate

Ila Swan is a dedicated patient advocate who has worked for many years to protect vulnerable nursing home patients in the California area, and other areas of the United States. Working on her own, and with other advocates, she has learned about “the system” which is supposed to protect the patients, but often is a web of continuous Nokia 1208 “runaround’ where families plead for help and get nothing! Government agencies have often failed to protect the patients they are responsible to protect. Corporations that own and administer nursing homes often make large donations to political candidates and officials seeking re-election.

Ila has done the research, inspected the nursing homes on her own when the State would not, and discovered the truth about most VITEK VT1696 nursing homes: Toshiba 15V300PR the quality <a href=”http://goodsm

Internet Tip of the Week: Cease and Desist

While we all admit that unsolicited commercial email is a real pain, I sometimes wonder if the anti-spam zealots are going too far. Last week I was in Costa Rica, and the only practical way to communicate home was by email. I maintain an AOL account just for that purpose when traveling, and was amazed to find out when I got home, that I only received about half of the email which was sent - some of which was important.

Many ISP’s (Internet Service Providers) including AOL, have installed content filters which automatically relegate anything “they think” is spam to trash, and the message never gets какой производитель ноутбуков надежнее delivered to the intended recipient, nor is the person sending it notified it wasn’t delivered.

The problem is that there is no personal judgment at the level of the ISP to determine if a note is spam or not. They have installed content filters that SCARLETT SC1701 “dump” any email that happens Olympus Stylus 1020 / re[mju:]1020 to match the keywords they have installed. How to Avoid Becoming a Fitness Failure

When it comes to fitness, no one likes being a failure, yet more than half of new exercisers quit their program within the first six months. With a little help you can ensure you’re not one of them. Give these ideas a try as you begin your exercise program for the new year.

Set goals
If you don’t know where you are going, how will you know when you get there? Setting short-term and long-term goals may increase your chance of success. Your goals must give a clear picture of the end-point to work towards. Use the SMART model, your goal should be Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound. Without these you’ll never Vivitar ViviCam 6200w know if you have achieved the goal. You can’t just say “lose weight or gain energy.” Instead say, “I will lose HANSA HDW-600 10 pounds in 12 weeks by doing strength training 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week.”

Go for variety
Whether you do a home workout or belong to a gym, build your routine on cross-training to keep things fresh and interesting, and keep yourself from developing an injury. Frequently vary the order of your exercises and mix in dumbbells, barbells, resistance tubing, machine or body weight exercises. Don’t be afraid to take a class.

Business Advice-Do You Need It?

The UK has actively promoted small businesses for many years now. With various start up grants and various government help. Profile of the Online Bingo Player

“There was a farmer had a dog…” You know the rest.

For most of us, our first encounter with Bingo is as a farmer’s dog. Bingo’s legacy as a children’s campfire song is undeniable.

As we grew up, so did that dog. Bingo mutated from a song to a game. Five column cards filled with random numbers became the essential game of chance. That dog’s name became a shout of victory, filled with the joy and satisfaction of beating the odds.

For several decades, bingo was played in large halls, where hundreds of people played on game cards of cheap cardboard, hoping for the big score. Over the past decade, the game that owns the name of a farmer’s dog has made the jump from the VFW to the WWW. Bingo as a song is still tailor-made for young kids at the campfire, but the game has changed with the times and moved online.

Bingo has always been one of America’s hidden pastimes. According to IGWB (http://www.igwb.com), an estimated 1.6 billion people attended bingo halls across the country in 2003. To put things in perspective, that staggering attendance number is almost more than the amount of people who attended movie theaters and bowling alleys, combined.

Over the past four years, the number of bingo sites on the internet has increased twenty-one fold, from five in 1999 to 105 in 2003. Free bingo sites definitely seem to be the most popular place to get a game go
